Continuously updated, attentive and permeable to the most accredited theories and new scientific achievements in the psycho-educational field. These skills will also be aimed at welcoming adults through projects to support and share the complex parenting role.
Scuola Azzurra was born in 2017 in a completely renovated structure designed specifically to welcome the little ones.
Since July 2024 it has been managed by “Scuola Azzurra Società Cooperativa Sociale“, a family and local reality closely linked to Giuliano Zanatta, founder of the School.
The Scuola Azzurra team is young and is characterized by a variety of abilities and personal interests who keep it lively and brilliant.
Each teacher in fact, brings with passion and commitment their skill and passion in sharing with the children and other teachers. The team designs, organizes and works together by pursuing the same shared goals.
I’m Maja, educational coordinator of Scuola Azzurra. I’m a psychologist, trained and specialized in developmental disorders. I strongly believe in the importance of creating a solid “school-family-child” network to ensure the harmonious growth and well-being of each of them.
My role at Scuola Azzurra is therefore to support parents in cases of difficulty and to encourage particular attention to the emotional growth of little ones.
I have a degree in linguistic mediation English. Also trained for the English insertion of the english language for children of the age of 0-3 years old. I strongly believe in bilingualism in this age group and I have a strong passion for my work, overall in the relational part with children where I give my all.
The dream of becoming a teacher has accompanied me since childhood. I believe in school and in the education that goes with it because I’m firmly convinced that it can contribute to making the world a more beautiful place to live: It’s the small changes that the young and old can make for which makes the world better.
I am a passionate and creative Australian mother tongue English teacher. I have a PYP professional development and over the course of my many years of experience in early years education, I have
learnt that being passionate about what we teach is the heart of a meaningful learning experience. I make art, supported by the inspiration, of the artistic souls, that my little students give me.
Scuolaazzurra is the school where I want to be here and now, it’s a school where we can offer and receive love and care with and through our children.
I’m Canadian born and raised, and I’ve been an English teacher for over 20 years.
This experience works well with my degree in developmental and educational psychology.
My love for books and storytelling is key to opening young minds to the wonder of language and relationships and the world around us.
Scuola Azzurra gives me the opportunity to share these aspects of myself with our future generations.
Hi, I’m Silvana! I am an early childhood educator, and at Scuola Azzurra I have been working for a few years in the toddler room. After graduating, I decided to comit myself to this age group with the the goal of making children feel happy during the time they spend at school, promoting their growth and autonomy in every small but big stage they learn to conquer!
Also part of our team are the cook Laura and the two auxiliaries, Carla and Teresa.
